1. Head phones and a playlist.

Now, I don’t usually use these myself, but on occasion ill throw them on and rock some Motorhead or Iron Maiden or other bands that I’m in the mood for. (tweet me if you need suggestions @greenchucks138) Most people thrive off their playlist so choose a bunch of songs that get you going and get after it!
